Alpe di Seceda
Mountain huts on the Seceda alp.
There are many huts on the Seceda alp and each has its own character. The old wooden bench, the deck chair, the sun terrace, the warm stube: for visitors and locals alike, the hut is the meeting place.
Below are the places run by Seceda Cableways. The other huts on the alp — Pieralongia, Odles, Trojer, Fermeda — are on the loops described on the hiking page.
Huts and restaurants
At the top station of the cable car, 2,460 m. The interior is in Tyrolean farmhouse style; the outdoor sun terrace looks out over the South Tyrolean mountains.
At the gondola valley station. Open daily 08:00–24:00: beer, grappa, bombardino, cold and hot dishes, evenings with a DJ or live band, free Wi-Fi. In summer it is the paragliders’ meeting point.
