No cookie banner, and why

This site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party cookies. There is no banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Visit statistics are collected with Umami, running on our own servers, anonymously and without cookies: we record the page viewed, the language, the device type and the referring site — with no identifier that would let us recognise you on a later visit, and without your full IP address.

The only cookies we set are technical: the chosen language, and the session cookies for the staff area.

When you buy a ticket

To issue the ticket we process: your name, email address, phone (if you give one), language, the date and window you chose, the tickets bought and the amount.

• Legal basis: performance of the contract of carriage (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, for the fiscal documents, a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Recipients: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. as payment processor (we never receive or store your card details); our email provider, for sending the tickets; the ticket issuing system.
• Retention: identifying data is anonymised automatically 24 months after the visit date. Accounting records are kept for the ten years the law requires.

Webcams and weather

The webcams and the weather station are services of Panomax and Panolive. On the webcam page these are not loaded until you open them: only then does your browser contact panomax.com or panolive.com, which may record your IP address under their own policies.

The same applies to the gallery videos, hosted by YouTube on the youtube-nocookie.com domain and loaded only when you press play.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@seceda.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.

To get a copy or the erasure of the data attached to a purchase, all you need is the order code and the email address you used.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Staff passwords are stored as hashes. Ticket codes are cryptographically signed and contain no personal data: a ticket photographed by someone else tells them nothing about you.
